Mr. Juliano has over 16 years of experience in the disciplines of civil engineering, surveying, and land planning. His primary focus has been on site planning and design, storm drainage, sanitary sewer design, water main design and infrastructure design. He also has extensive experience in hydraulics and hydrology.
As the firms Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for the overall office administration, project engineering and project oversight including quality control, project management, and scheduling.
