CHOATE CHAPEL
CHOATE CHAPEL Renovation of the Seymour St. John Chapel. Drainage improvements for the building and created a handicapped entrance to the building. Reconstructed existing walkways and represented the client at town meetings.

CONNECTICUT MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC ENGERGY COOPERATION (CMEEC) Property, topographic and location surveys and base mapping for Wallingford Pierce Power Plant expansion design, created easement and lease area mapping.

PP&L GLOBAL, INC. WALLINGFORD POWER PLANT Property, topographic and locations survey and base mapping for Wallingford Pierce Power Plant expansion design. Created easement and lease area mapping.

HAMMER ESTATES Consisted of building layout, roadway and driveway design, storm water drainage design, public utilities connections, grading, and representation of client at meetings with Town officials for six duplexes with at total of 12 units.

OLDE VILLAGE COMMONS Project consisted of building layout, roadway and driveway design, storm water drainage design, public utilities connections, grading, and representation of client at meetings with Town officiates for this forty-five unit single family detached condominium community.

AERIAL VIEW – FIELDSTONE FARMS
Property, wetland, and location survey of the 108 acre Self Farm. Construction of 95 residential units with 70% of site left as open space. Project included site analysis, roadway design, building and driveway layout, grading, storm drainage,and storm water management design, connecting to public utilities. Represented client at town meetings with Town officials. This project won the 2005 Home Builders Association of Connecticut “Best Traditional Community” in the state award. This is the most prestigious recognition in the state for excellence in new construction, land development, and remodeling.
