David W. Juliano - Retired
Mr. Juliano has over thirty-seven years of experience in the disciplines of civil engineering and land surveying. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut, he worked for the Department of Water Resources in Sacramento, California. A commitment with an international engineering company brought him back to the East Coast where he worked for a number of years before establishing Juliano Associates.

Currently, he is a registered Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor in Connecticut and has held registrations as a Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont.

Christopher S. Juliano
Mr. Juliano has over 17 years of experience in the disciplines of civil engineering, surveying, and land planning. His primary focus has been on site planning and design, storm drainage, sanitary sewer design, water main design and infrastructure design. He also has extensive experience in hydraulics and hydrology.

As the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for the overall office administration, project engineering and project oversight including quality control, project management, and scheduling. Mr. Juliano is a registered Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor in Connecticut.

Ronald C. Hurlburt
Mr. Hurlburt has over 30 years of experience in consulting engineering and land surveying with emphasis on site engineering, municipal, residential and commercial development, historical research, boundary disputes and zoning surveys. He has experience providing a full range of services including investigations, reports, design, construction and layout supervision throughout the private, state and municipal clientele. Mr. Hurlburt is a registered Land Surveyor in Connecticut.

Robert McKenzie, Survey Technician/Marketing Representative
Mr. McKenzie has over thirty-eight years experience in land surveying. Bob is a member of the Connecticut Association of Land Surveyors. He performs title research and also various field and office survey functions. In addition to survey work, Bob is also involved in the marketing of Juliano Associates, LLC.

He is a member of the Wallingford Alliance Group and BNI Leads Group. He is also very active in various chambers of commerce.

Matthew Vecsey, Survey Technician
Matt is both a field and office technician, he is a key member of our survey crew. He has worked on perimeter surveys, topographical surveys, inland wetlands location, house stakeouts and construction layout to name just a few. He is also responsible as a crew chief when in the field and all survey mapping while in the office.

Scott Katin, Survey Technician
Scott has been a land surveyor for the past eight years. As both a field and office technician, Scott has been involved in all aspects related to surveying including deed research, computation, construction stakeout and AutoCAD. Since joining Juliano Associates, LLC in 2005, he has rounded his experience as a surveyor and has become a versatile employee in both the field and in the office.
